Her husband may box, but she’s got powers of her own
Tyson Fury’s wife Paris has opened up about managing her family and how she does not hire help as it’s her “duty” to care for their six kids.
Writing in her biography Love and Fury: The Magic and Mayhem of Life with Tyson, the mum said that people often ask her why she doesn’t “employ any hired help.”
“Sometimes people would ask me why I didn’t employ any hired help – it wasn’t as if we couldn’t afford it – but that just wasn’t the Traveller way,” she wrote. “As proud and dedicated wives and mothers, we considered it our duty and our privilege to look after our homes and children ourselves.”
Paris and Tyson have six kids together, Prince John James, Prince Tyson Fury II, Prince Adonis, Venezuela, Valencia and Athena. Yesterday, longtime friend Carl Froch confirmed that Paris is expecting the couple’s seventh child, according to the Mail Online.
“I didn’t like the idea of them growing up with chefs and cleaners grafting away around us while I waltzed around all day looking glamorous,” she added, according to The Sun.
But it’s still no easy task, and she sometimes walks 12 miles a day just doing household chores and cleaning up after the kids.
“Just get on with it, Paris, I’d say to myself as I washed, dusted and vacuumed. I tried to take it all in my stride and be everything to everyone, like I was some kind of superwoman,” she explained.
Following his victory over Dillian Whyte on April 23, the “Gypsy King” announced that he would be retiring from boxing.

“I said the third [Deontay] Wilder fight would be my last but I felt I owed the fans one last homecoming,” he told talkSPORT.
“This is definitely the end of the Gypsy King and I went out with a bang.
“Tonight was amazing but this is the end.”
