The identity of the MP accused of watching porn in the House of Commons has been revealed

The Conservative MP for Tiverton and Honiton Neil Parish has been accused of watching pornography on his mobile phone in the House of Commons while sitting alongside a female minister.

According to The Telegraph, Parish had the whip removed on Friday.

Earlier this week Tory MPs met to discuss sexual harassment at Westminster and two MPs complained about a colleague watching porn on separate occasions.

A spokesperson for the Chief Whip said: “Having spoken to the Chief Whip this afternoon, Neil Parish MP is reporting himself to the Standards Committee of the House of Commons.

“Mr Parish has been suspended from the Conservative Whip pending the outcome of that investigation.”

The claims were made at a meeting on Tuesday night where female Tory MPs shared their experience of alleged sexual harassment in Westminster.
