Everton fans are doing anything they can to help out
In an attempt to help their team out in any way possible, a group of Everton fans set off fireworks outside the Chelsea team hotel in the early hours of Sunday morning.
The Toffees face Thomas Tuchel’s side in a crucial game in their bid to avoid relegation, with Everton currently five points behind Burnley and Leeds United, however they do have two games in hand.
Chelsea meanwhile are pretty much assured of a place in the top four but will want to put a further dent in Everton’s hopes of survival.
Video footage showed numerous fireworks going off outside the Hilton Hotel in Liverpool during the early hours of the morning, with the whistles and crackles going on for over an hour and a half.

Everton fans are also planning to lead a march to Goodison Park in the run-up to kick-off on Sunday to show their support for the club and get behind them in a crucial game.
Lampard insists they will do everything they can to avoid the drop
Despite their poor campaign, home form under Lampard has improved somewhat. The Toffees have taken seven points from their last three home games under the former Chelsea star, however Chelsea’s away form is also excellent – winning eight and drawing one of their last nine games on the road.
Ahead of the fixture, Lampard insisted that he and his team will do everything possible to ensure Everton avoid the drop.
“I see a group here at Everton that are really good lads trying to stay in the league,” he said.
“We need to keep that spirit because spirit in football is a huge thing. At the minute the lads are very together and fighting together and I need to lead that.
“We understand how important it is for us to stay in the league, but no one gets a free ticket. There are things I see long-term that I want to change to make the club better and I’ve had great support in that.”
