Chelsea’s players will reportedly split £1million if they defeat Liverpool in the FA Cup final at Wembley on Saturday afternoon.
The Blues will take part in their second successive FA Cup final, having lost to Leicester last year, hoping to end the Reds’ slim hopes of securing an unprecedented quadruple.
As reported by Sportsmail, Chelsea’s players will activate a total squad bonus of £1m should they overcome Jurgen Klopp’s side in the final.
However, the report adds that Thomas Tuchel’s men have also missed out on the chance to secure an additional £14m in performance-related incentives this season.

Chelsea reward stars for winning trophies
The Blues’ bonus schedule is one of the most lucrative in the top-flight, but the London outfit usually only reward their players for winning silverware.
Sportsmail add that Chelsea’s stars are unlikely to receive a bonus for qualifying for the 2022/23 Champions League by finishing in the top four this campaign.
Should the Blues have retained the Champions League title this year, the players would have been in line for a staggering £10m.
However, Tuchel’s side exited the competition at the quarter-final stage after losing to Real Madrid over two legs.
In terms of the Premier League, Chelsea’s players would reportedly have received a £4m payout if they had won the league title this season.
Blues agree deal with cryptocurrency firm
Earlier this week, the Blues confirmed cryptocurrency company WhaleFin as their new shirt sleeve sponsors for the 2022/23 season in a deal worth £20m a year.
It means that Chelsea’s agreement with Hyundai – who walked away because of the club’s Russian ownership – will come to an end.
