The flurry of insults is one of many recordings played throughout the trial
Jurors hearing the Johnny Depp vs Amber Heard defamation case were played a secretly-recorded audio clip in which the defendant can be heard telling the 58-year-old actor to “suck my d*ck” on multiple occasions.
In the evidence shared with the court during Heard’s cross-examination on Tuesday, the 37-year-old can be heard repeatedly telling Depp to “suck [her] d*ck” before going on to call him “a sellout” and a “washed-up piece of shit.”
In the incident said to be have been secretly recorded by Depp sometime in 2015, not long after the couple was married, the Pirates of the Caribbean star says, “everything’s fine until it doesn’t go your way”, going on to add: “I don’t need you – I don’t want your kind of woman.”
Heard then proceeds to raise her voice and say, “I wish I never bought into any of your f***ing lies, your bull***, your sober f***ing presence, your goodness, your sweetness – all the lies”, as well as the prospect of having kids with him, before once again telling him to “suck [her] dick”.
Much of the remaining audio is hard to decipher, but Heard does go on to say: “Is there no other place in your 15 other houses to go run? Come on, go be a real married man and go deal with your sh*t the way that a man does.”
This particular recording was referred to earlier in the case, along with a number of other apparent insults attorney Camille Vasquez previously questioned Herad on.
It isn’t all one way though, as Depp then goes on to accuse his ex-wife of “trying to f*ck everyone over”, calling her “the most f***ing soiled brat” and adding, “you’ve got everybody out here almost fooled, but it doesn’t last long”.
The pair continues to trade various digs about their careers back and forth for some time, with Heard labelling Depp a “joke” as he teases her back by simply saying, “Aquamaaan” and calling her jealousy “so tragic” the final insults before the recording stops.
